Bunbury Blues is a part of a series dedicated to my hometown of Cincinnati and reflecting on my connections to this environment. The image is of Bunbury Music Festival and the main act playing their final song. Since I'm a Cincinnati native, I went to Bunbury almost every summer, thriving off the summer heat, food truck lines, and the overall sense of community that the crowd brought. To emulate these feelings I made a mostly monochromatic setting and an exaggerated outline of the artist's portrait hovering over the crowd.
